You can modify some of the information associated with your account through your account profile on the Website. If you feel that an unauthorized account has been created depicting you or your likeness, you can request its removal by contacting WTC through the Website.

 WTC may collect and store information about your use of the Website, such as your search activity, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the businesses you review or contact. We also may store information that your computer provides to us in connection with your use of the Website, such as your browser type, type of computer or mobile device, browser language, IP address, mobile carrier, unique device identifier, location, and requested and referring URLs.

 To the extent you include personal information in a posting, you understand and agree that such personal information may be publicly displayed on the Website and will be accessible to other users of the Website. Such opt-in option is offered at the time of membership sign up. There is no requirement to provide us with such consent.  You can close your account at any time. However, any content that you previously posted or displayed on the Website may continued to be displayed and used on the Website, and we may retain information about you as reasonable for the purposes of preventing, investigating, or identifying possible wrongdoing in connection with the Website or as reasonable for the purposes of a legal proceeding. Please note that businesses cannot remove their business listings, ratings or reviews by closing their accounts.
