This was the worst experience I've ever had with someone in trades (or in life!). This man was called to repair our LG washing machine. He came to our house when our nanny was there with our 4 year old daughter. He claims that I told him that our dryer was beside the washer and not on top. Not sure why he thought that, our dryer is obviously on top of the washing machine so why would I lie?
In any case he lost it when he came to our house. Started yelling at our nanny and our daughter was so scared she ran into her room. Our nanny called me and I tried to speak with him but he just kept yelling and wouldn't let me speak, then he hung up on me and kept hanging up when I would call back. I had to call our house phone and stay on the line with our nanny to ensure he left the house without incident.
Unbelievable. I would never call this guy again but he is one of the few people who deals with LG machines so I think he will wind up getting call but I would urge anyone to be careful with this guy, he is unstable. his name is Amin and it is scary that someone like this was in my house. I have had a lot of trades people come and go with our nanny at home without incident but after Amin I am changing my tune

This guy is absolutely the most rude person in customer service I have ever dealt with. I called to make an appointment and was being very polite to him and even laughing and trying to joke. He pretty much told me that clients waste his time by not being organized (because I called from work to make an appointment as opposed to trying to call in the evening when they are closed - because...I work normal hours too SIR!). Then when I asked him what the service fee would be so that I could be prepared for their visit - he yelled at me and hung up. I even called back because I thought perhaps he misunderstood me and wanted to explain that I do want to book an appointment with him and just wanted to know how much so I could be ready and he answered the phone and yelled "WE ARE JUST LIKE DOCTORS OK...WE CHARGE A FEE!!" and then he slammed the phone down on me. Apparently they are doing well enough to not need business, so if you have any sense....go somewhere else.
